_____________

Please note:  This Index is a "work in progress."  I will amend it when I find errors and omissions.  When you see them, please bring them to my attention.  I have left most taxa ID's at the level of genus -- sometimes at the level of family -- since I did not get into species level ID until late in the year.  Two exceptions: I have put in species level ID for Isoperla Perlodid stoneflies and also for some of the Maccaffertium flatheaded mayflies.  Also note that Heterocloeon amplum small minnow mayflies were incorrectly ID'd as genus Baetis at the beginning.  That's why some of the H. amplum dates are followed by (B).  The letters "CM" stand for case-maker.
